After a delayed flight, due to an 'engineering' problem which turned out to be a damaged wire between the cockpit and one of the engines, we arrived in Bangkok at about 1:30 this morning.
(If you're reading this Betty and David, the food on on our flight was not up to scratch, and that's being kind.)

Bangkok is really easy to get around once you work out the system. The SkyTrain is cheap and excellent.
Lots of weird shopping in the big malls. We were just checking things out today for our return visit in a couple of weeks.
Just about to head for the airport for our flight to Nepal....
