For a treat on Sue's birthday we decided for more upmarket accommodation. We found this in a back street of the Old City.
The Kodcha-Sri Thani Hotel. If you come to Chiang Mai, you must stay here!

Wonderful common areas.
Everything is perfect.. This is the common area bathroom.
Who's been a bad cat then....
It's very hard to find fault with anything. Even the fire hose outside our room is flash.
We ate in last night and without any prompt, the restaurant made Sue a birthday cake and the performers and staff all sang happy birthday, which was slightly funny with their Thai accents. Didn't have my camera but the staff took some photos.
